Joe has been with CCM for eight years and currently serves as Head of Operations and Technology. With a background as a former business owner and over nine years of experience in digital marketing, he brings a practical, forward-thinking approach to how the firm operates and connects with clients.

He plays a key role in improving internal workflows, accelerating the client onboarding experience, and ensuring CCM stays current with evolving digital tools and platforms. His deep understanding of the inner workings of a financial services firm allows him to provide valuable insight across departments, helping the team work more efficiently and effectively every day.
