Joe Bickett, JD, LLM, RPH

Joe Bickett is an attorney with over 25 years’ experience specializing in Estate Planning, Business Transactions, and Tax Law.

 

Joe’s riveting and diverse career began as a nuclear pharmacist, during which time he additionally oversaw and was responsible for fiscal management and budgets, marketing, and compliance with state and federal regulations. He received his BS in Pharmacy, with a specialty in Nuclear Pharmacy, from the University of Kentucky. While maintaining his career in this field, Joe worked towards and received his J.D. from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and his Masters in Taxation from Washington University. After graduation, Joe clerked with the IRS for the Special Assistant to the United States Attorney and later practiced at a prominent Louisville firm focusing on administrative law (specifically public utility regulation) and federal, state, and local tax planning and litigation.

 

Joe now devotes his time to estate and gift planning, tax law, probate, business planning, and corporate law. He is pleased to have an office at CCM and is an integral part of our team.

 

Joe served as a member of the Advisory Committee for the Board of Pharmacy and is a member of Sigma Delta Kappa Law Fraternity, Kappa Psi Fraternity, the Kentucky Bar Association, and is a former Officer in the military, where he served in the infantry. He is a proud parent, grandparent, and “old” Scoutmaster who continues to enjoy outdoor activities.
